Appointments made will be reviewed and you will be notified if they need to modified. You will be asked for your credit card information, but it is only for holding your reservation. 

Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We understand that life events and sickness happen. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you do so 24 hours before the start time. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly. If the cancellation is after 24 hours, a fee of 25% of the service total will be charged. A No Show to an appointment, results in a charge of 50% of the service total.  Thank you for your understanding.

Additional costs may be incurred due to excess time, product, etc.

All prices advertised or marked are cash prices.

A 3% service charge will be applied to non-cash transactions
